supporting strategic design development over the next three years. The proposal outlines a comprehensive framework for advancing educational practices, fostering innovation, and achieving strategic objectives tailored to the recently developed Portrait of a Graduate, and the unique needs and goals of Eureka City Schools.
Lindsay Leads is the consulting arm of Lindsay Unified School District and the Lindsay Educational Foundation for Learning, specializing in educational leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development. With a diverse team of thirty-five adult staff (certificated, classified, administrative, Board Members and parents) and forty learners, we are a model of uncompromisingly learner centered, personalized, competency-based education. We are practitioners who bring expertise, resources, and a collaborative approach to support our clients in systemic school redesign. |
